By accessing or using the Safe+ Kids and Safe+ Parents applications (collectively referred to as the “Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are not permitted to access or use the Application.

Application Description

The Application provides tools for parents to monitor and protect their children in the digital world, including location tracking, screen time limits, app usage control, content filtering, message monitoring, and scheduling of study times.

Age and Eligibility Requirements

• Safe+ Kids Application: Intended for children under the supervision of parents or legal guardians.

• Safe+ Parents Application: For parents or legal guardians with legal authority to monitor and protect their children.

You must be of legal age to agree to these Terms. If you are under the legal age, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Application.

Use of the Application

You must have a compatible mobile device to use the Application. We do not guarantee compatibility with all mobile devices.

You acknowledge and agree that we may update the Application and change its functionality (e.g., add or remove features such as screenshot or message reading capabilities) without violating our obligations under the license agreement. You are not entitled to any compensation or contract termination as a result of such changes.

By using the Application, you agree to all updates, and these Terms will apply to all updates once installed. Third-party software components included in the app are subject to their respective licenses unless stated otherwise.

• Legal Compliance: You must use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Lawful Use: You may not use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

• Respect Privacy: You must respect others’ privacy when using the Application.

• No Interference: Do not interfere with the operation of the Application or disrupt others' use.

• Parental Responsibility: Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring their children’s use of the Application and ensuring compliance with these Terms.

Your use of the Application is also governed by our “Privacy Policy,” which is incorporated by reference. Please read it carefully to understand how we collect, use, and share your information.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Application and all its content (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software) are our property or licensed to us, and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent any part of the Application or its content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties. We do not guarantee the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your needs. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Application, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Termination

We may terminate your access to the Application at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or within the Application. Your continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

II. Privacy Policy

Introduction and Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and manage the information you provide or that we collect through your use of the Safe+ Kids and Safe+ Parents applications (collectively, the “Application”), and outlines your rights and choices related to your personal data. We are committed to protecting your privacy, especially children’s personal data.

This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors and users of the Application (“Users” or “You”).

This Privacy Policy is part of our Terms of Use. You (or your parent/legal guardian, if you're under the legal age) must read and agree to the Terms of Use to use the Application.

Data We Collect and Receive

• Account Information: Email address and phone number (if provided) when a parent registers.

• Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version, UDID, and IP address.

• App Information: Installed apps data (app names, package IDs, install dates, usage times). This allows parents to monitor which apps their children use, for how long, and how frequently. It helps set appropriate usage limits.

• Location Data: Used to locate the child on the map and track movement history throughout the day, send alerts when a child leaves a safe zone or arrives at home or school. Location is collected approximately every minute.

• Screenshots: Parents can remotely request screenshots from the child’s device to monitor content.

• Log Data: App usage time, features used, and error logs.

Children’s Personal Data

We understand the importance of protecting children's privacy. The Application does not collect personal data directly from children.

How We Use the Data

• To help parents monitor their children's location and ensure their safety.

• To provide screenshots so parents can detect inappropriate content or cyberbullying.

• To analyze app usage and allow parents to set suitable device restrictions.

Data Use Scope

Your data is used strictly within the scope of the Application. We do not sell, rent, or share data for marketing. We may disclose data:

• When required by law.

• To protect our legal rights.

How We Protect Your Data

All data is encrypted during transmission and storage using effective security measures. However, no method is completely secure.

Data Storage

Your data is stored as long as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations. Data may be stored on servers located in Vietnam.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data.

• Correction: Request corrections if data is incorrect or incomplete.

• Deletion: Request deletion of your data in specific cases (e.g., withdrawal of consent).

• Control Permissions: You can manage permissions (e.g., location, screenshots) through your device settings. Note:

  • Denying location access disables location-based features.

  • Denying screenshot access disables screen monitoring.

• Object to Processing: You may object to certain data uses, like marketing.

• Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw your consent anytime, without affecting past lawful processing.
